Euna Solutions wants a Senior AI Developer to lead enterprise-grade AI capabilities for public sector finance platforms. You will own core AI components, design LLM orchestration, and shape scalable backend services with observable, reliable deployments.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, rigorous engineering standards, and mentorship of engineers while partnering with government clients in a remote-USA setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with agentic system design.
• Production experience with LLM tooling.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS.
• Strong AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS).

Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership: evolve shared AI components and platform capabilities.
• AI Feature Development: build end-to-end AI-powered product features.
• Delivery Systems: design CI/CD patterns and observability tooling.
• AI Tooling Leadership: lead AI tooling adoption and workflows.
• Backend Platform Engineering: develop high-scale APIs and data pipelines.
• Technical Vision: translate problems into concrete plans and align team goals.
• Mentorship & Growth: coach engineers and establish best practices.
