Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of technical software development experience.
• Production ownership of AI systems (AI agents, features in products, MCP servers).
• Experience with a major cloud environment (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end automated testing.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with LLMs and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Performs and leads system analysis and programming activities to take AI proofs of concept to production-ready software; includes research for new patterns and timely delivery.
• Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until retirement.
• Develops, tests and reviews applications based on requirements and best practices; uses agentic development workflows to modify code.
• Collaborates with quality and security partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Leads cross-team work as projects dictate and defines scope, timelines, and expectations.
