Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of technical software development experience.
• Production ownership of AI systems (AI agents, AI features in products, MCP servers).
• Experience with a major cloud environment (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end automated testing.
• Experience with Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Drives system analysis and coding to bring AI proofs of concept to production-ready software.
• Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from delivery to retirement.
• Develops, tests and reviews applications per requirements and best practices; uses agentic development workflows.
• Collaborates with security, cloud, and AI governance partners to ensure high-quality products.
• Lead unit/integration tests and evals to ensure reliability, security, and performance of AI systems.
