Design AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and agent frameworks.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector-based search.
Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, mentor junior/mid developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into designs and roadmaps.
Integrate AI capabilities with security, privacy, and governance considerations.
Guide teams on architecture decisions and best practices across SDLC.
