Job summary

CNA in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, build, and operate an AI-native software delivery platform. You will own the Internal Developer Platform, architect end-to-end CI/CD/CT pipelines, and develop agentic SDLC workflows that accelerate code generation, reviews, tests, and deployments.

The role requires 7+ years in platform engineering, hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Harness, and proficiency in AI coding tools.

Qualifications

7+ years in platform engineering with enterprise CI/CD ownership in regulated environments.
Hands-on with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Harness; able to operate end-to-end.
Proficient with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in AI-native SDLC.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Internal Developer Platform (Harness IDP) with self-service catalog and golden-path workflows.
Design and operate CI/CD/CT pipelines across GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Harness for reliability and security.
Build AI agentic SDLC workflows to automate code generation, PR review, tests, and vulnerability remediation.
Implement SBOM integration and container image hardening for Kubernetes workloads.
Mentor engineers and partner with security, infra, and product teams on platform direction.
