Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years building and deploying AI solutions in production.
• Experience with AI agents and orchestration.
• Experience integrating LLMs and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and agentic systems.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Build core AI platform capabilities for scalable agent development.
• Apply context engineering including prompt design and memory management.
• Establish best practices for AI development, observability, and monitoring.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers.
• Produce clear technical documentation and operational guidance.
