Job summary

The Aspen Group is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Platform & Delivery in Chicago to lead a cross-functional team focused on building and operating enterprise AI platforms. You will shape strategy, governance, and a reliable delivery path, driving adoption and efficiency across engineering teams.

Onsite in Chicago, you will own platform cost governance, vendor relationships, and security controls while mentoring engineers and aligning with business objectives. Competitive salary and bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong track record leading platform, DevOps, SRE, or MLOps teams.
• Experience with Google Cloud, containers/orchestration, and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Platform & Delivery teams, shaping strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee governance, security, and cost management for AI platforms.
• Drive secure-by-default pipelines and modern CD practices.
• Partner with Security, IT, and leadership to enforce standards.
