Job summary

CNA seeks a Senior DevX platform engineer to design, build, and run an AI-native software delivery platform spanning CI/CD, IDP, and security domains. You will lead autonomous and human-in-the-loop AI agent workflows, integrate SBOM and policy gates, and drive platform adoption across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in platform engineering in enterprise-scale environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD platforms and end-to-end delivery.
• Proficient with AI coding tools in AI-native SDLC workflows.
• Experience building or operating an Internal Developer Platform with self-service catalogs.
• Familiar with feature flags and progressive delivery.
• SBOM/supply-chain tooling inside pipelines and policy gates.
• Observability tooling and DORA metric instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) with self-service catalog and golden-path workflows.
• Architect and own CI/CD/CT pipelines across GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Harness.
• Design and build AI agentic SDLC workflows for autonomous and human-in-the-loop tasks.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for agentic systems to ensure safety and auditable results.
• Drive software-supply-chain security and container image hardening in pipelines.
• Contribute to App Accelerator with updated base images and starter templates.
• Operate feature flag platforms and design safe rollout strategies.
• Embed observability into platform services and measure engineering performance.
• Mentor engineers and evangelize AI-assisted development across teams.
