Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field with significant AI/ML experience.
• 10+ years of AI/ML algorithm development or related tech.
• 10+ years programming experience in Python/Go/Scala/CUDA/Java.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products and platforms.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components and workflows.
• Leverage Open Source/SaaS AI tech including PyTorch, Huggingface, and VectorDBs.
• Innovate model optimization techniques for performance, cost, and latency.
• Contribute to long-term AI infrastructure and platform roadmaps.
• Define AI architecture vision with production reliability and scale.
• Lead AI safety, governance, and transparency standards company-wide.
• Drive multi-year platform initiatives unifying data, compute, and model lifecycle management.
• Mentor senior technical leaders across research, data, and engineering.
