• Hands-on programming and system design experience across AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components.
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies in production systems.
• Invent optimization techniques for performance, cost, latency, and throughput.
• Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of AI systems.
• Define architecture vision and integrate research breakthroughs into production.
• Lead AI safety, transparency standards, and governance across Capital One.
• Drive multi-year platform initiatives for unified AI lifecycle management.
• Mentor senior technical leaders across research, data and engineering.
