Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to deploy, administer, and support enterprise AI platforms, including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, and future AI technologies.

The immediate priority for this role is leading the onboarding and enterprise deployment of Anthropic Enterprise (Claude), including platform setup, SSO integration, security configuration, governance, and operational support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting enterprise technology or SaaS platforms.
• 3+ years supporting AI, cloud, collaboration, or developer productivity platforms.
• Experience deploying enterprise SaaS solutions at scale.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, IAM, Entra ID/Azure AD, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and RBAC.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk or Grafana.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Experience building reporting, analytics, and dashboards from APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and onboarding of Anthropic Enterprise (Claude) within the organization's environment.
• Configure and manage SSO, IAM, RBAC, security groups, and enterprise security controls.
• Partner with vendors, infrastructure teams, and architects to establish and support AI platforms.
• Monitor platform health, availability, performance, usage, and adoption.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for AI usage, spend, and operational metrics.
• Build automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Manage vendor escalations, production support activities, and platform maintenance.
• Create runbooks, operational procedures, documentation, and user enablement materials.

Position Summary

The Enterprise AI Engineering team is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to deploy, administer, and support enterprise AI platforms, including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, and future AI technologies. The immediate priority for this role is leading the onboarding and enterprise deployment of Anthropic Enterprise (Claude), including platform setup, SSO integration, security configuration, governance, and operational support. Following the initial implementation, the engineer will drive ongoing platform administration and help expand AI capabilities across additional platforms.

Preferred Experience

• AI governance, compliance, and cost management.
• AI platform utilization and spend analytics.

Ideal Candidate

• Has deployed or supported an enterprise AI platform, preferably Anthropic, OpenAI, or Copilot.
• Strong background in platform operations, monitoring, and production support.
• Able to build operational dashboards and usage/spend reporting.
• Experienced standing up enterprise SaaS platforms and integrating them into secure corporate environments.
