Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader to helm the AI Platform Infrastructure Engineering team, driving cloud-native platform layers from bare-metal through Kubernetes and multi-tenant scaling. You will be a hands-on leader who designs, builds, and troubleshoots the most critical components while guiding a team of AI Infrastructure and AI Systems Engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 10+ years building or operating enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or large-scale Kubernetes environments.
• 3+ years leading or directing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes distributions (RKE2, EKS/AKS/GKE, K3s).

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Platform Infrastructure Engineering team and set priorities.
• Personally design, implement, and debug high-risk platform components.
• Own the infrastructure delivery roadmap with phased build.
• Stand up and operate EY Agentic AI environments across cloud/on-prem/edge.
