EY is seeking an experienced AI Platform Architect to lead Challenger Core's efforts in building a scalable, secure, and observable AI platform across cloud, hybrid, and edge environments. You will guide senior stakeholders, define service tiers, and shape durable patterns for production AI workloads with portability in mind.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, reliability, and economic visibility, with up to 50% travel and hybrid office requirements within the US.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• 9–12+ years of relevant experience.
• Substantial experience designing and operating cloud, infrastructure, SRE, or platform capabilities, including production AI workloads.
• A record of building a shared platform adopted by multiple product teams, with measurable improvements.
• Deep experience in at least one major cloud and portable hybrid/multi-cloud patterns.
• Hands-on depth in orchestration, networking, identity, IaC, delivery automation, APIs, and production observability.
• Experience operating model-serving and AI lifecycle capabilities, including release controls and incident learning.
• Ability to make build-versus-buy decisions and explain operational, commercial, and technical consequences.
• Cross-functional leadership and mentoring to raise engineering capability.
• Up to 50% travel and hybrid office requirement.
