SimpleClosure is hiring a Strategic AI Partnerships & BD Lead to expand and own top AI partners and asset buyers. You’ll originate, structure, and grow partnerships that turn assets into recurring licensing revenue, engaging with AI labs and enterprise teams, and translating demand into sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the AI data and model-training ecosystem (pre- and post-training/RL).
• Experience in AI labs, RL environments, or data/evaluation companies, especially in BD/partnerships or GTM roles.
• Track record closing complex, high-value partnerships or data/technical products.
• Comfort negotiating licensing terms with legal (exclusivity, rights, pricing).
• Credibility with researchers and technical buyers without being an engineer.
• Existing network across AI labs or data vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow buyer-side relationships across frontier labs and enterprise AI teams.
• Originate and qualify demand for assets (pre-training corpora, post-training data, codebases).
• Structure and negotiate licensing terms in collaboration with legal.
• Translate lab needs into sourcing and packaging supply with product and engineering.
• Stay ahead of market trends and shape commercial strategy accordingly.
• Represent AssetHub with senior technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Build scalable playbooks and processes for partnerships.
