Job summary

1Finity, a Fujitsu company, seeks a senior Business Development professional to expand the AI, automation, and network software portfolio with enterprise customers. This remote role requires 7+ years in technical sales or business development within telco OSS, SaaS, or related tech, and the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.

Salary range is USD 150,500 to 215,000, with potential short‑term incentives; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years in business development, technical sales, or solution introduction in telco OSS, networking, SaaS, or related tech.
• Direct experience selling to, partnering with, or supporting Service Providers, Cloud/DC providers, or OSS integrators.
• Working knowledge of industry pricing models and trends.
• Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams across sales, product, engineering, and operations.
• Strong technical acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of TM Forum, 3GPP standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships with IT, architecture, planning, engineering and operations stakeholders to create revenue opportunities.
• Drive early‑stage opportunity shaping from discovery to commercialization.
• Position 1Finity as a trusted advisor by articulating technical and economic value to decisionmakers.
• Influence customer technology investments and align with 1Finity portfolio.
