Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/Telecom/Data Science or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise or carrier-grade software product management.
• Deep telecom network assurance and operations workflow knowledge.
• Strong telemetry/observability data knowledge (alarms, metrics, logs, traces).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, containers, Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build outcome-based roadmaps and prioritize across teams.
• Customer-facing CSP/large operator experience with demos and proposals.
• Excellent written/verbal/visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Virtuora Network Assurance.
• Identify AI-driven operations use cases across transport, IP, access, core, and service layers.
• Define measurable outcomes and adoption metrics (alarm reduction, MTTR, automation).
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and releases.
• Lead discovery with NOC, engineering, and service owners; validate with network data.
• Own lifecycle: business cases, pricing input, launch readiness, enablement, adoption.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions, delivery, and partners on engagements and RFPs.
• Monitor AI/ML, OSS/NMS, observability trends; inform roadmap decisions.
