Job summary

Realtor.com seeks a Lead Product Manager to define the vision and strategy for AI-native product experiences across RDC’s evolving portfolio. You will work with executive stakeholders to align AI strategy with the broader portfolio and secure investment to build scalable AI capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to deliver client-centric AI solutions, internal tools, and data products that empower our largest enterprise accounts and brokerage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including meaningful, recent experience shipping AI or ML-powered features in a client-facing product.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with data science and engineering teams on model selection, evaluation, and scaling decisions.
• Experience building both client-facing and internal-facing tools is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise or B2B data integrations, APIs, data-sharing agreements, or partner ecosystems is a plus.
• Experience in real estate, marketplace, or subscription/services businesses is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for AI-native client interactions and reimagine workflows around conversational, proactive, and insight-driven experiences.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for an AI-native interaction model across the Client portfolio, including client-facing products and internal tools.
• Translate Core Product Strategy priorities into sequenced AI product bets with partner teams.
• Define the data and technical foundations for scalable AI capabilities, including model selection and data pipelines.
• Define data requirements and work with data teams to close gaps.
• Set and defend quality, accuracy, and trust standards for AI outputs.
• Build the business case for new AI capabilities, including impact, cost, and tradeoffs.
• Design internal AI tools to improve efficiency across Client Product, Sales, and Support.
• Grow RDC’s data product strategy and data insights offerings for clients and partners.
• Design scalable backend integrations for enterprise access to RDC’s data.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to shape data access and integration strategies.
• Stay ahead of the external AI landscape and translate findings into product strategy.
• Partner with executives to align AI value with portfolio strategy and gain investments.
• Work with legal, privacy, and trust teams to navigate AI data/model risks.
• Represent AI product strategy in planning forums and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
