Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years in pre-sales/solutions consulting/product/project management.
• Strong market research and customer needs assessment experience.
• Track record of managing products through lifecycle.
• Analytical mindset with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development and lifecycle management of AI-native products.
• Develop market analyses and product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with GTM, Technology, Sales, and Finance to define requirements.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories and specifications.
• Act as voice of the customer to ensure quality and user needs.
• Monitor market trends and competition to inform decisions.
• Mentor junior product managers and drive cross-functional execution.
