Job summary

Vantaca is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to advance the Community Management Platform into an AI-native, agent-enabled architecture. You will design the platform foundation, APIs, and orchestration patterns that support desktop, mobile, and third-party integrations, while ensuring reliability and observability at scale.

• Experience designing production systems serving multiple consumers or automation surfaces.
• Ability to turn complex business workflows into reusable platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of API design as a product.
• Proficiency in building observable, reliable distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AI-native development practices and agent-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and design the platform foundation across APIs, data models, and orchestration patterns.
• Develop agent-ready APIs and platform capabilities used by desktop, mobile, and integrations.
• Translate business workflows into scalable, auditable platform components.
• Define safe execution patterns, contracts, permissions, and observability for production use.
