Job summary

Vantaca is seeking a data-platform-focused engineer to own ingestion, schemas, and derived metrics powering our AI-native community management platform. You will design scalable pipelines, governance models, and multi-tenant isolation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted insights.

You will work on LLM grounding and evaluation, ensure data is securitely served to agents, and shape analytics surfaces used by boards and operators.

Responsibilities

• Ingestion & pipelines: batch and CDC from the system of record; transformations and reprocessing.
• Data models & metric layer: define schemas and governance for reliable metrics.
• Aggregation, rollups & derived metrics: materializations, partitioning, quality checks.
• Multi-tenant isolation: enforce tenant-scoped access and secure cross-tenant data.
• Access & serving layer: APIs and feeds for agents and external tools.
