Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with deep expertise in building cloud-native AI agents for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients as technologist and trusted advisor, shaping use cases, prototyping, and deploying robust agentic workflows across complex domains.

Role requires leading workshops, delivering under ambiguity, and collaborating across AI platforms and ecosystems to scale solutions globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end software engineering and SDLC experience.
• Experience leading technical workshops and delivering under ambiguity.
• Hands-on with cloud-native systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents.
• AI Platform Integration: integrate AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.).
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, observability.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: tailor agentic apps across verticals like finance, healthcare, retail.
• Client Engagement: conduct workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions.
• Measure & Improve: define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans.
• Knowledge Sharing: craft reusable patterns and best practices.
