Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with extensive experience in building cloud-native AI agents for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients as technologist and advisor, defining use cases, prototyping, and deploying robust agentic workflows across complex ecosystems.

You will work with major AI platforms, leverage Kubernetes and microservices, and lead technical workshops while delivering under ambiguity. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with end-to-end software engineering and SDLC expertise.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in programming with Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling and observability.
• Deploying to production with CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and debugging.
• Experience leading technical workshops and delivering under ambiguity.
• Minimum 2 years designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Use Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: Deploy agentic apps across finance, healthcare, retail with intelligent automation.
• Client Engagement: Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows.
• Measure & Improve: Define metrics, test harnesses, and plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: Create reusable patterns and best practices to influence assets and roadmaps.
