Job summary

CEdge Inc is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – AI Native Engineering to lead the transition to AI-native workflows in a production environment. You will architect agentic systems, build scalable AWS services, and mentor teams in AI-enabled development practices.

You will apply hands-on coding across large-scale backends, ensure observability, and push for rapid, reliable delivery using modern tooling and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise-grade production software engineering.
• Hands-on coding in production codebases within the last 6 months.
• Daily, expert-level use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Architected and delivered at least one agentic/LLM-powered system to production.
• Deep AWS expertise (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, IAM).
• Strong foundation in microservices, distributed systems, API design, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-grade agentic workflows using LLMs for multi-step tasks.
• Build and scale cloud-native backends on AWS with high availability and security.
• Lead AI-native development velocity and mentor teams on methodologies.
• Develop internal tools and extend MCP servers for safe AI capabilities.
• Implement observability, cost controls, and governance across AI features.
• Uphold CI/CD standards, containerization, and IaC in an AI-driven environment.
