CEdge Inc in St. Louis/O''Fallon, MO seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead the shift to AI-Native Engineering. You will architect, ship, and maintain agentic workflows and developer enablement platforms that define our engineering future.

You will work with LLMs as compute primitives, moving beyond prompting, and ship complex backend systems at scale on AWS. This is a production-focused role, not a prototyping position.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional software engineering in production environments.
• Hands-on contributor in production code within the last 6 months.
• Daily, expert-level use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Architected and delivered at least one agentic/LLM-powered production system.

Aufgaben

• Architect agentic workflows that orchestrate multi-step tasks using LLMs.
• Build and scale distributed systems on AWS with high availability and security.
• Champion AI-native development workflows and mentor the team.
• Develop internal tools and extend MCP servers for safe AI capabilities.
• Implement monitoring for latency, cost, and token usage; mitigate hallucinations.
• Maintain CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code in AI environments.
