Job summary

CNA is seeking an Individual contributor who provides the highest level of technical leadership in designing and scaling an AI-native agentic engineering platform. You will drive agentic coding workflows, AI-augmented CI/CD pipelines, and secure, scalable frameworks across hundreds of engineers.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will mentor teams, evaluate AI tools, and partner with Security, Cloud, and Data teams to ensure enterprise-grade integration on GCP/GKE and GitHub ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, AI/ML, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 9 years software engineering with 6 years in app development.
• Hands-on with LLM-based engineering tools in production workflows.
• Experience designing and scaling platform engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal engineer for CNA's AI-native platform across agentic workflows.
• Lead design of agentic infra, sub-agent frameworks, and context engineering guidelines.
• Provide technical consultation on AI-native development adoption and tooling integration.
• Set technical strategy for engineering metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Mentor engineers in agentic coding, prompt-to-code workflows, and AI testing.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tech for scalable platforms.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Cloud, and Data teams for enterprise integration.
