Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex software in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, APIs and data-intensive apps.
• Proven ability to own delivery in real-world conditions and work with governance teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to frame problems and define delivery paths under regulatory constraints.
• Own end-to-end delivery from shaping through deployment and sustainment.
• Implement and manage AI-enabled workflows and integrations using approved platform capabilities.
• Write production-quality code aligning with enterprise delivery standards.
• Balance functionality, safety, cost, and timelines with clear stakeholder communication.
• Ensure security, AI integrity and FinOps compliance in production systems.
• Capture learnings and feedback to improve platform evolution.
• Collaborate with integration, platform, and architecture teams to enable repeatable delivery.
