Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex software in enterprise or regulated contexts.
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting engineering roles.
• Hands-on with distributed systems, APIs, integrations, or data-intensive apps.
• Practical experience with modern AI stacks (LLMs, agentic workflows).
• Proven track record owning delivery in real-world conditions.
• Production-grade code that meets compliance, performance, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to frame problems and define delivery paths under constraints.
• Own end-to-end delivery from shaping to deployment and sustainment.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows and integration across platform capabilities.
• Write and review production-quality code aligned with enterprise standards.
• Make real-time tradeoffs balancing functionality, safety, and cost.
• Ensure solutions meet security, AI integrity, and governance requirements.
• Capture learnings and feedback to improve platform evolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable repeatable delivery.
