Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI workstreams, architect scalable AI/ML solutions, and guide cross-functional teams across data, analytics, and software engineering. You will collaborate with clients to design, implement, and deploy responsible AI pipelines, continually improving models and processes in dynamic environments.

The role requires 6–10 years in AI/Data Science/ML, strong Python, and experience with cloud-based ML tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of full-time AI/Data Science/Machine Learning experience.
• 2–4 years of directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and cloud experience.
• Experience with production AI/ML on major cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with ML/DL frameworks and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment and optimization.
• Drive process improvements through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI initiatives with accountability for quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and drive project execution from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
