Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
• 7+ years collaborating directly with engineering teams; 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with direct software engineering collaboration.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional engineering, product, data science, and business teams to deliver scientific programs that enhance employee experiences, developing detailed plans, schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify dependencies and enable seamless collaboration between technical teams building AI/ML models, product managers defining requirements, data scientists and economists providing insights, and business stakeholders across Amazon's employee services.
• Lead communication and provide executive visibility into high-impact programs, continuously monitoring progress, highlighting roadblocks early, and developing contingency plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Accountable for developing and implementing overall strategy and driving teams inside and outside of the organization to deliver results.
• Mentor and develop junior Technical Program Managers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their career growth.
