Job summary

Oracle seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the AI4Support team delivering scalable, cloud-based ML and AI solutions. You will orchestrate programs across ML, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI from planning to production deployment, partnering with scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex challenges into actionable execution plans.

Qualifications

• Lead programs spanning ML, NLP, large language models, and generative AI from planning to production deployment.
• Strong technical fluency to navigate complex, ambiguous problems and align teams around shared goals.
• U.S.-based compliance considerations such as immunization/occupational health mandates and/or drug testing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and delivery plans.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs; drive decisions to stay on track.
• Own design and security approvals processes, coordinating reviews and documentation to meet milestones.
• Establish program governance and communicate progress to leadership; coordinate readiness across evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and operations.
