Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Software Engineer III to join the Corporate AIML Data Platforms and CDAO team. You will design and deliver trusted, scalable AI-enabled technology products in a secure environment, collaborating across functions to support enterprise objectives.

You will work on AI/ML models, data pipelines, and production systems, focusing on reliability, security, and performance across multiple tech areas with cloud-native deployments.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with practical software development experience.
• Proficient in Python and ML model development, training, and deployment.
• Strong Java skills for client/server development; front-end basics (HTML/CSS).
• Experience with data pipelines and processing frameworks (Spark, Pandas, NumPy).
• Good understanding of CI/CD, MLOps, and model versioning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization.
• Ability to productionize ML models and ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and deploys AI/ML models and data pipelines for enterprise applications.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code for ML inference and training systems.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for AI-powered applications with scalability in mind.
• Gathers, analyzes, and transforms large datasets to support AI/ML model development and evaluation.
• Implements NLP, generative AI, and other ML technologies in production systems.
• Collaborates with data scientists to productionize models and integrate with backend services.
• Contributes to AI/ML communities through demos and knowledge sharing.
