Lead the design of intelligent, agentic workflows while shaping core backend rearchitecture. This role fits a hands-on leader who builds advanced reasoning systems, scalable data foundations, and mentors engineers for planet-scale impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in software engineering with production ML/GenAI experience.
• Strong Python for AI/ML and backend Go/Java experience.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Dataflow, and scalable data pipelines.
• Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Ability to build platform-level services with ecosystem integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ML/LLM-powered agents for autonomous tasks.
• Develop advanced reasoning pipelines and knowledge graph integrations.
• Fine-tune or adapt LLMs and multimodal models for agent workflows.
• Drive end-to-end solution development from prototype to production.
• Establish best practices for prompt design and memory management.
• Mentor engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable systems.
