Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. You will work with diverse clients and teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems that learn, reason, and generate business insights.

You will guide responsible deployment, ensure quality, and lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution and client sessions. A strong background in Python and ML, plus experience with MLOps and CI/CD, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year).
• 6–10 years of AI, Data Science and/or ML experience.
• 2–4 years of direct technical team management.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience designing production AI/ML on major cloud platform.
• Proficient with foundation models and agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production deployment.
• Improve processes through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering AI engineering initiatives.
• Engage with clients in daily sessions and manage workstreams end-to-end.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
