Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI/ML initiatives and deliver scalable AI solutions for diverse clients. You will oversee teams across data sources, analytics, and software engineering to produce responsible, deployed AI systems.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in AI/DS/ML, strong Python skills, and ability to work with hybrid/global teams while traveling for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4‑year degree).
• 6‑10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2‑4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python and cloud‑based AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production deployment and optimization.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis to improve processes.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI engineering projects with quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage with clients in daily sessions, guiding workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
