Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in AI/ML fields.
• 6–10 years of AI/Data Science experience with leadership.
• 2–4 years directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python and cloud platform experience.
• Experience with ML frameworks, MLOps, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment.
• Improve processes with innovative research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
