Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of hands‑on AI, Data Science and/or ML experience in professional settings.
• 2–4 years of experience directly leading technical teams.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency with foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Extensive experience with DevOps tools, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and ML workflows including data ingestions and evaluations.
• Experience with model retraining and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment and optimization.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis to improve processes.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex AI engineering initiatives with quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage actively with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
