Job summary

EY Growth Platforms seeks an AI ML Engineering Director within EY-Parthenon to design, build, and scale advanced analytics platforms that power strategic growth for F500 clients. You will collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, PMs, and engineers to translate business needs into executable ML workflows and scalable data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• Familiarity with multi-modal agent frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, RAG pipelines).
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and LLM fine-tuning.
• Understanding of real-world data merging, schema linking, and model evaluation at scale.
• ML workflow knowledge: ingesting, analyzing, transforming data, and evaluating results.
• Fluency in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow; ability to build APIs around ML models.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models, pipelines and frameworks.
• Excellent communication to convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to model selection, feature design, embedding strategy, and prompt frameworks.
