Job summary

PTR Global seeks a Senior Programmer Analyst in Richmond, VA to drive AI/GenAI initiatives within a private cloud. You will evaluate tools, build POV solutions, and mentor developers across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of programming and systems analysis experience.
• 3+ years of Generative AI or AI/ML development experience.
• 2+ years of DevOps deploying cloud solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in .NET, React, Angular, Python, and SQL development.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in developing GenAI applications including RAG architecture and model fine-tuning.

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Technical expertise in application systems analysis and programming, with the ability to create detailed design documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project, Visio) and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Range: $65- $70/hr. W2
