Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Lead Generative AI/Agentic AI Engineer to design and build scalable, enterprise-grade AI platforms. You will lead multi-agent orchestration, automation frameworks, and full-stack apps that empower AI-powered experiences across the organization.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise web apps and 2+ years in Generative AI projects, with hands-on work on agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and OpenAI ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
• 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Agile and Self-Starter Mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Position: Lead Generative AI/Agentic AI Engineer

Pay Range: $65-70/hr. on W2

Duration: Till 10/14/2027, with possible extension or conversion

• As a Lead Software Engineer, candidates will design and develop multi-agent orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and enable AI solutions that streamline workflows, accelerate delivery, and enable reusable AI capabilities across the organization.
• Candidates will work at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
