Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities. You will work with clients and interdisciplinary teams to design scalable data systems, driving insights from diverse data sources and enabling production‑ready analytics in cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will lead complex projects, mentor teams, and ensure governance and compliance while translating technical results into strategic business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of full‑time AI/Data Science/Machine Learning experience.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience delivering analytics or AI solutions in regulated environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective project management.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Manage professionals and supervise teams to deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities and translate outputs into business insights.
• Collaborate with utility data sources and ensure regulatory, audit, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements are met.
