Job summary

EY’s AI Native Engineering team seeks a Manager to lead AI/ML initiatives for Power & Utilities clients across the US. You will design scalable data science solutions, collaborate with client teams, and translate insights into business value.

You will mentor colleagues, manage delivery across workstreams, and help move AI solutions from pilots to production while navigating regulatory, cybersecurity, and data governance expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year) in a related field or equivalent experience.
6–10 years of full-time experience in AI, Data Science, and/or ML.
2–4 years of direct people management experience.
Strong Python and cloud platform experience; knowledge of DevOps/CI‑CD practices.

Responsibilities

Lead workstreams and ensure effective program delivery.
Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis; improve processes.
Manage teams and supervise complex technical initiatives with accountability for results.
Engage with clients, lead sessions, and drive work from planning to closure.
Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities; integrate data sources.
