Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–10 years of relevant AI/Data Science/ML experience.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and cloud platform experience.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and projects.
• Continuously improve processes through research and analysis.
• Manage professional staff and supervise teams delivering complex initiatives.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and guide workstreams from planning to close.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities.
• Work with data sources like SCADA, GIS, EAM, OMS, CIS.
• Support moving AI solutions from pilots to production with governance.
