Job summary

International Motors USA is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer in Lisle, IL to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. You will work with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end AI capabilities within an enterprise COE framework.

The role requires strong Python expertise, experience with ML libraries, and a track record of production-grade deployments. Collaboration across domains and leadership of junior engineers are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of software/AI experience.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field with 1+ year of software/AI experience.
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience is also accepted.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable ML models for business use cases.
• Lead feature engineering, model selection, tuning, and validation.
• Ensure models are scalable, reusable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions from concept to production.
