Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of software engineer experience
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of software engineer experience
• At least 5 years of software engineer experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for complex business use cases
• Lead feature engineering, model selection, tuning, and validation processes
• Ensure models are scalable, reusable, and aligned to enterprise standards
• Apply advanced techniques (e.g., ensemble models, optimization strategies)
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions from concept through production deployment
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate models into production pipelines
• Implement and maintain model lifecycle management practices (deployment, monitoring, retraining)
• Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements
• Work with data teams to define data requirements and pipelines
• Provide mentorship to junior AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Promote enterprise governance and responsible AI practices
