Job summary

Intelliforce is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to design, build, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML solutions across the full AI lifecycle. You will work on generative AI, agentic systems, and production software engineering to solve mission-critical problems with scalable, secure, and reliable AI systems.

You will design evaluation strategies, build AI agents, and develop production data pipelines while keeping performance, latency, and cost in mind.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret with Full Scope Polygraph, active
• Citizen: U.S. Citizen, visa sponsorship not provided
• Extensive software engineering experience on large programs
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field (or 4 years substituted)
• 5 years cloud experience supporting distributed dataTechs
• Proven production software and AI/ML development experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs
• Develop LLM-powered applications with tool calling, RAG, memory, and orchestration
• Evaluate AI systems for accuracy, latency, and cost
• Develop ML models for prediction, classification, and forecasting
• Create production-ready data pipelines and evaluation frameworks
• Prototype new AI/ML capabilities for production readiness
• Deploy, monitor, and improve AI/ML services in production environments
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and mission stakeholders
