Job summary

Snowflake seeks an AI Specialist in the Solutions Engineering group to provide hands-on expertise with AI/ML solutions built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You will work with technical decision makers and data scientists to design, architect, and validate AI initiatives for customers across the Americas.

You will lead POCs, partner with account teams, and influence Snowflake’s AI roadmap through customer feedback while producing technical collateral, demos, and blogs to scale success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML and generative AI in the cloud.
• Knowledge of RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning for enterprise AI use cases.
• Strong Python and ML package familiarity (LangChain, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch).
• Experience with data engineering tools like dbt, Airflow, Spark.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical expert for Snowflake’s AI/ML features to technical stakeholders across the Americas.
• Drive POCs, technical wins, and executive readouts with customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence AI/ML roadmaps.
• Publish technical content (blogs, demos, notebooks) to scale knowledge.
• Create and tailor AI/ML selling assets and customer stories.
