Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an AI Specialist in Solution Engineering to partner with customers and technical decision makers to design AI solutions on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You will be the technical expert and drive POCs, readouts, and business value cases while collaborating with product and engineering to shape the roadmap.

You will publish technical collateral, notebooks, and demos, and tailor sales assets for AI and ML workloads.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
Familiarity with generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning.
Deep knowledge of Python and ML packages (LangChain, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering tools like dbt, Airflow, Spark.
Strong presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters in CS/Engineering/Math or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Be the technical expert in the room that positions Snowflake’s AI and ML features to technical stakeholders at customers across the Americas.
Partner with account teams to scope and drive POCs to success and technical wins that prove the value of Snowflake’s capabilities.
Collaborate with product and engineering to influence Snowflake’s AI and ML roadmaps based on customer feedback.
Publish content that helps the team scale beyond individual efforts, like blog posts, presentations, notebooks, and demos.
Influence, tailor and maintain Sales Engineering AI/ML assets, including customer presentations, demonstrations, and customer stories.
