Job summary

EY is hiring a Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects, drive multi-agent memory designs, and shape context management with RAG and semantic chunking.

The role emphasizes expertise in memory architectures, pre/post training considerations, model synthesis, and scalable AI solutions. Strong leadership and collaboration across AI, security and data teams are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools/code assist.
• Scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI native design process and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, code hosting and collaboration (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems replicated across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems with RAG, semantic search and skills.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against priors and evaluations.
• Create integration frameworks for memory architecture across systems.
• Lead AI-native design processes and mentor team members.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development activities for emerging tech.
• Present at conferences and assist IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
• Lead experts in building Knowledge/Data systems for Knowledge AI.
