Tealium is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement scalable AI agents and LLM-powered features. You will own end-to-end development of agentic systems, integrating with Tealium data and configuration workflows while ensuring security and compliance in non-deterministic solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Managers and other engineers to drive value for customers through AI technology, deploying production-grade solutions and guiding the team on harnessing modern AI

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience shipping LLM-powered features to production at scale.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Aufgaben

• Design, build and own AI agents and LLM-powered software products end-to-end.
• Lead the technical design of agentic systems and workflows using LLMs and ML models.
• Integrate agents with Tealium’s data/configuration systems and APIs.
• Ensure security/compliance of non-deterministic solutions with prompt-injection defenses and PII controls.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver customer value using AI tech.
• Set technical direction and mentor team on AI tooling and best practices.
