Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Manager, AI Literacy to lead enterprise-wide AI literacy programs, learning operations, and GTM product delivery. You will develop trainings, drive AI fluency, and measure adoption across the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Responsible AI Literacy, and technical teams to evolve AI literacy initiatives, ensuring responsible AI usage and user-friendly solutions that scale globally. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 5+ years of AI or technology education or Go-to-Market experience.
• Or Masters degree with 8+ years in AI/tech education or GTM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI literacy program management and learning operations globally.
• Develop trainings and increase AI fluency with measurable adoption.
• Collaborate with product, technology, communications and responsible AI teams.
• Organize enterprise-wide programs and moments that scale AI literacy.
• Track adoption, engagement, capability, and business impact metrics.
• Provide guidance on applying generative AI to improve outcomes.
